We have been employed as Technology Coordinators, Helpdesk Managers, Support Managers, and Operations Managers for several activities in support of industry standard software, hardware, and specialty applications. We have supported all generations of Windows 3.x, Windows 95/98/ME, Windows NT/2000/XP, Vista, and now, Windows 7. We have performed all the duties of a System Administrator in manufacturing, healthcare environments, and general small businesses which include server 2008, 2008 R2, 2013, 2016 and 2019 and most desktop and mobile environments.
